How it all came to be…
Tombachi started with a simple idea—bringing restaurant-quality hibachi to friends and family. What began as backyard cookouts quickly turned into something bigger when everyone kept coming back for more. Fueled by passion and demand, we took our love for hibachi on the road, and Tombachi was born.
Today, we’ve grown from a single food truck into an award-winning brand, serving up fresh, high-quality hibachi with speed and precision. Whether at a local event, a private catering, or inside Lenovo Center Arena, where we serve thousands of hungry fans, we remain committed to bold flavors and fast service.
